so it's been snowing for 3 days straight and we have around 3 inches give or take a few. now don't get me wrong i like snow, b/c it looks pretty. however walking in it to go to and from class is something i could very well do without. also damn west michigan and their wind getting up to 30 mph on just about any given day! w/e i'll live i'm sure of it. going home for thanksgiving next week that should be nice, i hope for a drama free week at home but i'm not too sure if that is possible sometimes. i have to work at target sometime the day after thanksgiving and i have to say i'm not really looking forward to it b/c i know how many crazy people go out on that day. seeing that i'm usually shopping w/them but this year i get to put up with them instead. it should be interesting to say the least.
tomorrow is the big playoff game for gvsu against north dakota. it better be good and i hope it doesn't rain like the weather channel has said b/c wet and cold isn't my think, so no thanks on the rain, snow i can deal with but rain f that.
well i think i'm going to find something a bit more productive to do.

well i guess the only person who reads this thing anymore is laura. but that's alright i suppose. things are going pretty good i guess. i managed to get a C on my anatomy test last week which i was really happy about cuz that class is so hard. we just go though chapters so fast and there's just so much information. i don't think that it helped either on the first day of class when my professor told the class of like 100 people that there is about a 50% fail rate for the class. thanks for the words of encouragement, really. i guess if worse comes to worse i'll just have to retake the stupid class cuz of course i need it.
on saturday the roommates and i went to an 80's party, it was pretty fun i must say. we all looked pretty sweet in our outfits from good will. so the day before we went to buy our outfits and these two little older ladies working asked what we were getting these things for and we told them about the party. well when we went to walk out the door she was like "now remember no drinking if your not 21", it was funny. we all had a pretty good time and when we got home later that night we ate everything in sight, oh ya and i fell on the ground getting crackers out of the cupboard. i'm a genius and it for sure showed.

so i think it's been like 2 months since i have updated my journal and i'm sure there isn't anyone who still reads this thing but if you do care then just let me know.
school is school and it's going fine so far but i'm sure that will change within a few weeks if not sooner. i already have a test this thursday in my anatomy class over 4 chapters which i'm sure will oh so much fun. one good thing about school is our town house or whatever its called. much more room than our tiny dorm last year plus we have air. i'm not going to lie it is a huge bonus seeing that today it was a lovely 91 degrees. which i really don't see as being so nice when your stuck at school, plus its september 12 i think that's a bit too hot. it makes me miss summer.
i'm missing beck & jess a bunch and i really want them to come and visit soon. good luck jess at american idol auditions this week. i know you have what it takes to become the next american idol.

wow....i really haven't updated in a very long time. to tell the truth i really don't have the time to even do it right now. if i'm not working at either of my 2 jobs( target or olive garden..feel free to come and visit) i'm hanging out w/becky, jess and kimmie or jake. summer is going by fast and it's really almost over. i go back to gvsu in a lil over a month. but anyway nothing much has been really going on besides what i've already stated so i'm done for now, and i have to get ready for work anyway.

i figured it was time for an update since i've been lacking on doing it lately. only 2 more days until spring break and i cannot wait, i'm so sick of school right now and i don't think all this f-ing snow is helping me out. got mid-term grades and ya i think i'm slacking in a few of my classes so i need to work on that. maybe after break it will be better. other than school getting on my last nerve things have been great.
found out a few weeks ago that i got an apartment for next year w/riley, savanna, laura and kaitlyn. 10C in Laker Village so that should be fun. becky & kimmy came to visit not to long ago and that was fun. really missed them both. when they were here we went to a graffiti party along w/riley, savanna, laura, and kaitlyn, it was interesting to say the least, so many damn people in one tiny room, but it was fun. we also went to mongolian bbq which was excellent except that we had to wait 15 minutes or so for them to cook noodles, it doen't even take that long!
found out the other night that this spring good charlotte & simple plan are going on tour together, that just made my week! well that's about all time for class

i've been rather busy these past few weeks back at school and haven't really had the time to update. since i've been back at GVSU i've gotten 3 fish. (jake got me a fish tank for christmas) 2 are dwarf puffers and the other is a catfish to clean up the crap. the puffers are rather funny to sit and watch, they are more interesting than any other fish i have ever seen cuz they actually do something.
class are going okay i guess, i have decided that i hate biology cuz my teacher is a big ass! one is because i cannot understand him during class and the other is because he gives homework with the hardest questions, i never remember biology at romeo ever being this bad. then we get our homework for this week and its 58 questions but its only worth 20 points. i mean come on thats nothing for all that work, but w/e i'll deal with it. dance is going okay, my teacher likes to kick our asses so i guess thats good, just tiring. other than that everything is going okay.
didn't do much this weekend, just sat around and watched t.v. or a movie. i watched both Napoleon Dynamite & Anchorman with jake. it snowed a crap load from late friday night till saturday morning. i'm really ready for the snow and cold weather to stop so it can be spring. well time for class.

i enjoyed my christmas break, it was good to be home, for awhile anyways. christmas was good, got spend a lot of time with family and stuff. new years was fun. i spent it jake, dave, alex, garrett, and jake's family. all i have to say was it was an interesting night. the rest of break was spent with either becky, jake, family or work. i remembered why i didn't like working at mickey d's the first day i went back. the only good part was getting to see some of the people i used to work with.
got back to school on sunday night around 8:45 or so.
monday was the first day back to class and it wasn't a fun day. i had class from 9 till 11. then dance from 1-2:25, my teacher kicked our butts for the first day. then i had bio lab from 3-5:50 which was loads of fun let me tell you. at some dinner then had to be at work from 9-12. yesterday wasn't much better i have classes from 10-2:15 then dance from 4-5:25 then work from 6-9. i've just been so worn out these past 2 days, i just hope it gets better. cannot wait till this weekend so i can catch up on sleep which i think i might do right now so goodnight.

wow it has been a long time since i have last written in this thing. let's see... i came home last weekend to see all my dancing girls in the nutcracker, nice job ladies!
cannot believe this semester is already over it just went by so fast, but that's a good thing. laura was like think of it this way only 7 more semesters to go! seems like a lot but i know it isn't. so next year kaitlyn, riley, savanna, laura and i all decided we want to live together next year. hopefully we will get the place we want, it would be so much easier if we didn't have to be put in this thing called the "freshman lottery". it's so dumb! it's in february and everyone in our group gets a number, when your number is called you get to go and pick our your housing. but there is only so many of the kind we need, a 5 person one, and there are only a few of these. we think we have a good chance because most people have 2 or 4 people and we have 5. it better work out and thats all i have to say.
exams went good i guess. i think i could have done better but it's over now so whatever. just have to wait until dec 23rd to see my grades. how nice of them to have them right before christmas. so you can choose to have a bad christmas or a bad new year. haha i guess whatever works out better for you. i'm just glad i don't have to go back until jan 10th, i hope i have a good 3 weeks home, cuz i can't go back early.
i decided that while i was home i should go back to work, good old mickey d's, that should be interesting to say the least. i think i'm crazy for going back but hey i need all the money i can get. i really need to get some shopping done sometime soon i'm only about half done, so i might want to work on that. well i guess i should start unpacking my stuff or may be not, i'm not really in the mood to.

i have to say i had a pretty nice break.
i got home around 8:30 on tuesday night so i really didn't get to do anything. on wednesday i woke up early and went w/my mom to bowling and ended up bowling 4 games w/my lil brother Alex. after bowling i went out to eat w/my mom, brother, grandma, and aunt to taco bell. very good.
thursday, "turkey day", was a very busy day. i had to go pick up jake at 11 to go to my aunts for an early thanksgiving dinner at 12:30. after our nice meal we watched the lions lose w/my dad and uncle. during the 4th i feel asleep. jake and i left around 5:30 to make it to his house for dinner at 6:30. it was nice to have 2 good meals in one day, however they were very filling. after dinner we played this game called apples to apples, it was fun. we then watched the stepford wives, which was an okay movie. headed home cuz i had to get up at 4 am to go shopping w/my mom, aunts and grandma.
my aunt and grandma picked me up around 4:30, boy was that fun! first we went to meijers which was crazy. this one lady had brought her kids with her. come on! why would you drag your kids w/you, at 4:30 no less, to go shopping the day after thanksgiving. i understand they have good sales an all but what kind of parent are you. either have someone say w/your kids or just don't go. i mean is it really worth it? anyways after meijers we went to target to get somethings plus pick up my mom, she had to work from 12 am to 6 am. then it was to the mall to meet up w/my other two aunts. did some shopping around there and went to eat. during lunch my grandma had said something about someone being a heartless sb. well then my aunt tammy started calling everyone we were talking about a heartless son of a bitch. guess it was funny when it happened, maybe you just had to be there. later that night i went w/becky to the new salvation army in romeo, very nice. from there we went over to jeremy's to watch a movie, ened up watching 2, white chicks and seven both pretty good movies.
saturday i went to get my haircut by k.weber. i told her i wanted something different and different is what i got. i no longer had blonde hair, just some blonde highlights. i'm somewhat close to my natural color. its a lighter brown w/a reddish tint. i like it, i'm glad i have something different. i was just getting sick of the same old hair color. after my haircut i went to my cousin's baby shower. hung out w/jake for a few hours then went back home for dinner. later that night i went to jeremy's again w/becky and watched some tv.
sunday i didn't do a lot. watched dirty dancing while i finished washing and packing up my cloths. then i went w/becky to the other salvation army in utica however its closed on sundays. so instead we went to taco bell which was a good replacement. had another good home cooked meal and then back up to school.
so finals are in a few weeks and i have to say i'm a bit nervous about them. hope they aren't too bad. well almost time for class so i guess i should stop.

what can i say...i had an extremely wonderful weekend. friday after i was done w/class for the day jake and i went to KFC, yes KFC, mainly because we wanted mashed potatoes so bad. it was sooo worth it! later that night i went w/jake, garrett and dave to some party in downtown grand rapids. well first we got lost, then the party got broken up and moved to another room. in the other room for maybe an hour or so and then that one got broken up, so we left.
saturday becky and kimmy came for a visit. the three of us went out to eat at cracker barrel it was so good minus our waitress, she just took so dam long. we then went to the mall for at least two hours. on the way back from the mall we stopped at meijer to get some bulk candy. we didn't think to right down the numbers for the candy besides that we would of forgotten by the time we checked out. so we go to the express lane and basically we pissed of the girl working there. i told her that i didn't know the number for my candy, she just gives us a dirty look. she then says well you could of memorized it, however we didn't hear her so i asked her nicely what she had said. she was like i said you could of memorized it, i turned around and was like well you didn't have to be a bitch about it. then kimmy goes sorry for making you do your job. i mean is it really that hard to push some buttons? come on! she wasn't doing anything anyways, just staring off in space. heaven forbid you have to do something at work. left there and came back to the dorm. later that night laura and riely invited the three of us to join them for "extreme boggle", wondered around the dorm knocking on peoples doors and leaving messages on their wipe off boards. around 1:30 or so riely wanted a mountain dew. we couldn't get one from the lobby cuz i guess at night they turn them off, which i thought was weird, so we had to walk to the c-store. met two weird guys who ended up following us back into laura's room. riely, laura and i went in the hall a bit later to figure out how to get rid of the weirdos. we were getting sick of them tell us they were virgins, like we were going to give it up to them or something. so we told them the RA walked by saying it was too loud and everyone had to leave. being as drunk as they were they bought it and left. about 30 minutes later we left and went to bed.
today i have to say i've been pretty unproductive. i have to say i love tbs, cuz they have showed movies all day today. i watched D-2 the mighty ducks, problem child 2, a lil of man of the house (lions game), matilda, some of ants (fell asleep for a good hour or more), and now wizard of oz. like i said i've been very unproductive today. but i really don't care. i cannot wait till thanksgiving. and then the day after i'm going to shop w/all the crazy ass people and some of my family. then on saturday k. weber is going to cut my hair! yay for a haircut. well maybe i'll start some hw but its not due till tuesday so maybe not. i'll find something to do i'm sure.

i didn't realize that it had been so long since i had last updated, i guess i've just been busy with school and other things. 1st things 1st, today is my lil sha~she's birthday, happy 15th honey i love you. you've just grown up so fast i cannot believe you will be sweet 16 next year, omg and be able to drive. well i had a pretty uneventful weekend, the only thing i really did was go to the movies with jake to see the incredibles, which is a good movie i suggest everyone go and see it. and we also went to the dollar store. those were the two big events this weekend, oh ya i almost forgot, GV's football team made it to playoff's and won the 1st game. good luck guys!
so i'm sitting at work right know, avoiding my homework, cuz i'm just not in the mood to write a paper. i cannot wait till this semester is over so i can be done with writing, well until my junior year, but that is still along time away. i'm very excited for this weekend cuz becky and kimmy are coming to visit me! i hope we can find something fun to do around here. i also cannot wait till thanksgiving, cuz 1. i get to come home and 2. home cooked meals. you'll never understand how much you miss the little things like that until you have to eat the same kinds of food every day with very little variety. so those of you still at home enjoy the good food before its too late! lol i'm kidding but really don't take it for granted.
on another note, i feel like sometimes i'm losing touch with people back home. maybe its just me, but it seems like some people only want to talk to me when they want to. like i said maybe i'm paranoid but still its making me think people don't want to be my friend cuz i'm 3 hours away at school. but whatever i guess they weren't really my friend in the first place, i'm not going to make them if they don't want to. i have other things on my mind and better things to do anyway. guess i'm just getting used to my feelings getting hurt by the people i think are my friends. well fuck it.
well i guess its time to get to started on my homework before procrastination gets the best of me.

went home for the weekend to spend time w/becky, plus it had been her birthday on wednesday. well i left allendale around 12:30 on friday and missed my last class to come home early to surprise her, she didn't think i was coming home until 6 or later. got to the dance studio around 3:45 however she saw me before i made it out of my car, oh well. hung around the studio a while then went to pick my mom up at work. then out to eat and back to the studio again to watch some nutcracker practice. after that me, becky, em, and MAD went to AMC 30 to see saw. i think it was the scariest movie i have ever seen in my life. MAD sat next to me and during the scary parts we squeezed each others hand so tight that neither one of us could move our hands after but hey i'm a baby when it comes to that kind of stuff.
saturday becky and i went to the GV football game vs mich tech at the BIG HOUSE. we met jake, mike (jakes cousin), and dave at the game. we won 24-7, plus mich tech was 9-0 before playing us and they played terrible, can we say over rated, um yes we can. after that i went over to becky's for dinner and i have to say homemade food is the best thing ever. then today becky had a "birthday party" at the bowling alley, it was lots of fun. went home after bowling for an early dinner, very good.
i was very glad i got to come home this weekend. got to hang out w/all my favorite people. i love you guys! plus i really just needed sometime away from school. well time for bed, sweet dreams

this week went by rather well. on tuesday we go our mid-term grades and i'm doing better that i thought. nothing really eventful happened during the week, except that kaitlyn and i skipped our modern class on friday. reason for this was we were having a combined class with the advanced class and there are some girls in there who think they are the next ballet star. well we get there and kaitlyn looks at me and was like i don't wanna be here. i told her it was her call and shes like lets go get something to eat, so we did. ya so what if we're skippers, eating lunch was much better than going to class.
spent friday night hanging out with jake. we went to meijer's, always fun, then we went over to jake's cousins boyfriends house for a party. nothing too exciting happened around there. saturday it rained almost the whole day, just like last saturday. i went with laura and her friend clare to eat then we went to pick up our tickets for the homecoming football game. however we lost 35-14 it was kind of sad. in the 1st 2 interceptions were thrown at then end of the 1st it was 21-0, during half time it down pored for about 10 minutes and a lot of people left. in the 3rd we scored our only 2 touch downs, we really thought they were going to make a come back. but then in the 4th another interception was thrown and after that they scored another touch down, so we left. laura, clare and i came back to my room and ordered pizza. we were going to watch a movie but my dvd player is broken and it doesn't seem fixable. today i spent the day doing my hw, watching the lions (who won..yeah), and doing some laundry. what a fun and exciting day!
well i think i'm going to take a shower.

well i have some free time at work, like i always do, so i thought i should update. it seems like everyday it gets a bit colder here, we even had some sleet for a lil while yesterday. not my favorite thing. mid-term grades are coming out this week so lets hope i'm noting doing badly in any of my classes. so i had more fun than i thought i would this weekend seeing that both kaitlyn and jake were gone. i hung out with my neighbors laura, riley and savanna. it was really funny on friday night. we all had something to drink and we were bored sitting in riley and savanna's room so we went downstairs to walk around on the guy's side. on the way these 4 very high guys stopped us to talk to them. it was a very weird conversation. the one guy who's name was courtney,(which i was thinking was a girls name) looks at me and was like "hey i like your jeans, they fit you well", and i didn't know what to say or think so i just said "thank you". we told them we were trying to find a "friend" so we had to go well they were like "hey you guys should come up to room 245 and we can hang out, 4 girls 4 guys" so riley told them we would stop by later. when we did the room smelled badly of crack, really bad. i mean they had on their fans to get rid of the smell. all they wanted was a piece of ass if you couldn't tell from the story. we had enough of their gay questions so we left.
saturday was sweeties day, which i feel is such a hallmark holiday, and besides jake was at home. it was really crappy here, cold and rainy all day. laura, riley, savanna and i wanted to go to the store so we went to the bus stop cuz its free. well the dam bus never showed up and we waited for at least 30 minutes. i did a whole lot of nothing, sat and watched mad tv for hours. that is the one thing i hate about saturdays, there is nothing on tv, maybe a movie or two if your lucky. now i'm just sitting at work until 6, i think this is the first time i wish i had some kind of homework. and its only cuz i want something to do other than stare at the computer for 3 hours. well i really cannot think of anything else that is going on in my life. so i guess thats really it.
p.s. i really really miss becky, i really really miss dance at home (more than anyone can possibly imagine), and i also really really miss all of my dance girls (you know who you are)
